So anyway, I can't offer you any free hosting, but my provider (000Webhost) can. Kasumi is hosted by 000Webhost, and 000Webhost is actually really simple to use, once you get used to it. ^^

000Webhost is a really nice host to use, and below you can find lots of additional information and stuff about it!~ =D

features

Well, it supports the .html and .php file name extensions, and also PHP Includes. It's pretty well equiped, and the interface is quite simple and easy to navigate around in. Actually, the interface kind of looks like Dreamhost's, except that 000Webhost is 100% free. They also have a special feature which allows you to block direct linking on certain pages!~ This tool is really useful if you don't want people using up your bandwidth. ^_^ There's also no advertisements, and you can find the rest of the features here.

negative and positive

Like all positives, it nearly always comes with a negative... >_ < Well you see, if 000Webhost keeps on hosting for free, then they probably wouldn 't have enough money to pay off the servers and stuff, so they have 2 plans, the free and the paid. The free supports lots of features (see above) and the paid supports even more features like scripting, Perl, etc. Luckily though, most scripting, perl, etc isn't needed at all for your average website.=D

space

000Webhost offers 1500MB of space, which is likely to be more space than you'll ever need. I haven't even used up 3MB of my space yet!~ =) You also get 100GB of bandwidth per month, which is plenty!~ <3

domain names

000Webhost offers a whole array of different sub-domain names. When you sign up, it'll generate the current sub-domain name up for you!~ At different times of the day though, the subdomains change~ Here's a list of some subdomains you can get~ ^^ Just replace the YOURSITENAME with the website name you'd like to go there~

Conclusion

000 Webhost is actually a really good free option. It supports more features than Webs/Freewebs, and is free as well. It can be a little hard to operate when you first sign up, but once you get used to it, 000 Webhost is an awesome website host!~ =D I give it 9/10. ^^
