Request A Layout?

Here you can request a fully coded, HTML (and CSS) layout from meee~

Read This First!

I'll only code a layout for you in HTML/CSS text format, so I can't make you an editable layout in Dreamweaver or anything... sorry... >_ < Basic HTML knowledge is an advantage, to when you 're editing this layout, otherwise, you may get confused easily. ^_^';

To see a few examples of my layouts, just go to the pickup station to see a few layouts I've made for other people.

Rule(s?)

  • Please leave the credits on the layout. If you don't want to though, that's perfectly fine by me, as long as they stay somewhere on your site, like... a Thanks/Credits page or something. Being credited isn't just to benefit me, (as in getting more popular/visitors/etc, but also to benefit your site visitors. They could get inspired from your website, and want to know where to request a layout similar to yours. Because of the credits, then they will be able to find Kasumi (this site).

What you get

  • 1 layout (can be 1-columned, 2-columned, or 3-columned depending on which one you choose ^^)
  • 1 site/link button with your website's name on there
  • 1 avatar/icon which matches with your layout
  • 1 splash/enter or 404 error sign (optional)
  • Help with editing your layout (just drop me an email! ^^)
  • Your website's URL/link on the "Finished Layout Requests" page. (free advertising! xD)

Need help with the form?

Your Name/Nickname: Just enter in your name, or if you prefer, a nickname here. This is so that when I send an email to you with the attached finished layout, I can call you by name. (What? It's weird not beginning an email with "hi, [name here]!")

Your Email Address: Just put in your email address here. This is required so that I can email the finished layout request back to you.

Your website URL/link: If your website has an url/link, please put it here. If not, that's okay, just leave this field blank~ :)

Type of Layout:: Select from either a 1-columned, 2-columned, or 3-columned layout here.

Images Used:: Here you can specify the name of an image, for example, if you'd like your layout to have Bulbasaur as the mascot in the banner, just say so there. You can also put the direct link to a specific image you want me to use, like a picture of a Bulbasaur that you drew, etc. Direct links can be obtained by uploading your image at Mypic.me.

Follow the Rule(s?): Just check this checkbox to show that you are going to follow the Rule mentioned above on this page.

Other Comments? If there's anything else you'd like me to know, like a specific color scheme or a banner you already made or something, just let me know here!

Important! Please allow for 3-5 days until your layout is finished. I'm not online every day, and so I might not recieve your request until I log on ;)
