Why on earth don't any of the Pokemon games have a good storyline? Its the same thing over and over-an evil organization that's trying to steal all the Pokemon. Come to think of it, they all look EXACTLY THE SAME! Do they all copy each other? Aren't they even the tiniest bit original? But besides unoriginal, terribly dressed bad guys, the way you get your Pokemon is COMPLETELY unrelated to the anime! The professors always say something random and then "Oh, okay. Here's your Pokemon!" In FireRed and LeafGreen, Professor Oak even says hes getting to old to go journeying and gives you Pokemon he's had for a long time! And the bad guys try to capture a legendary. Even after you defeat a bunch of their Grunts and all of their Commanders, they STILL don't get the message! And when you're not beating the evil teams up, you are doing practically the same thing! Except for the minor differences like Pokemon, Gyms, and Professors, its almost like you are playing the same game over and over.
